Yeah, showing what put it together was really the point of the pictures in between the first and last. I included the last one because it was cute and it demonstrates that you can open and close his mouth. Headsprouter's teeth seem to overlap rather than interlock like that, however.

The whole idea is a sewn body used as a sprouter, filled with a flesh-made parasite that grow to the point it sprout out of the head and the arms, destroying the seams that were there. I find it gruesomely good
