The PS3 cam was called PS Eye and the only "Eye" title out for it was EyeCreate, in which you can cut videos and edit clips etc.
There are a few PS Eye only games like the augmented reality ones with cards and such.

On PS4 the camera is just called "PlayStation Camera" and there's a so called PlayRoom for it that demos all the stuff you can do on PS4 with the cam and the gamepad since the pad sort of replaces the move controller.

The only EyeToy games are on PS2.
